Iinkqubo zokupholisa kwangaphambili kunye nokucoca zisusa ukufuma, i-carbon dioxide, kunye ne-hydrocarbons. Umoya ophathwayo ke uhlukaniswe ube ngamacandelo amabini. Enye inxalenye ingena kwicandelo elisezantsi leekholomu zeqhezu emva kokutshintshisana kobushushu kunye nemveliso ye-oksijeni kunye ne-nitrogen iqhutywe, ngelixa enye inxalenye idlula kwi-heat exchanger kunye nenkqubo yokwandisa ngaphambi kokungena kwiikholomu zokuhlukana komoya.
